my hopeless approach
I strive to integrate + ground + connect, spirituality with science
By cross referencing my various hyperfixations and all the tools/tricks that come with them, I have been able to formulate my own unique terms/approach to living that works for ME and MY UNIQUE BRAIN
As a neurodivergent girlie, I need my life to feel like a quest or a giant game/movie and this approach has really been helping me in my journey to live somatically/intentionally +intuitively
THE MASK/BIO
liz sueko is a neuro-spicy (and proud of it), trained actor + dancer (contemporary, jazz, ballet, hip hop, musical theatre) + (if she has to) singer, who also writes + films + directs/edits + produces through her production company @hopeless.productions
liz is known to love dabbling in photography + modeling, along with graphic/UX design
liz is also a passionate student of psychology/astrology/philosophy + a certified yoga teacher + somatic guide + plant medicine advocate/user who strongly believes in cross referencing various approaches to form/find the "perfect" formula for a hopeless life
*hopeless life: inspired by episode 5 of "The Midnight Gospel", HOPELESS LIFE is liz's term for her approach to somatic/intuitive living that combines techniques and principles from all of her various hyperfixations
